CLimber Family Tree - This wall hanging was made as a challenge with my co-workers. Requirements were a Christmas theme and use of the color green. I used tracings of my family member's hands and also a foot of my grandson for the tree trunk. The hands were placed on a pieced background and then machine free hand quilted down. I want a little fraying of the edges to look like pine needles.
