Jenster Mermaid Thanks - I made this 9x11in quiltlette as a thank you gift for friends in Ventura, CA. As long time sailors, they've collected quite a bit of seaside themed art. I haven't done much free form, raw edge applique, but I thought it turned out quite well! After all, how can you go wrong with batiks?
