QuilterGirl Back Porch Drama - I wanted to use some beautiful black and white batik strips to make a dramatic quilt, so I strip pieced them at random, added some zebra print fabric to the border for extra flair. I really wanted something bright and colorful for the final border and when I found the Andover Poppies print fabric online I knew that was the fabric I had to use. For the backing I used a tone on tone black print and the binding is a black and white floral print fabric. I photographed it in my favorite back porch chair!
