Cow Parade

Cow Parade - This is a fused raw edge applique in which each block was made by a different person using different fabrics but the same component parts (some mirror imaged). The quilt is a baby shower present for a colleague at work. It is the Chinese year of the Ox (cow) so a quilt of cute cows seemed appropriate. Sixteen co-workers contributed to the making, with three of us then assembling the top and quilting.
