Tulip Time

Tulip Time - This quilt is painted! I needed a bit of cheer one dreary January, so I painted tulips that reminded me of Spring. It's been nearly 9 years since I painted them, but I finally decided it was time to get them together and quilted. I used my freezer paper stenciling technique for the blocks. This is a technique that I love to teach to others as part of my workshop repertoire.
