Bobby's Log Cabin

Bobby's Log Cabin - I made this quilt in 2006 for my husband Bob. I used EQ5 to design the quilt, including an original border block. I took Mary Mashuta's class on machine quilting with a walking foot and decided that I wanted to use the walking foot for this quilt. I also used a variation of a technique described in the book "Divide and Conquer". The quilt was broken down into 18 sections, all of which were small enough to quilt with a walking foot. Great fun! I'm looking forward to trying variations on these two techniques on other quilts.
