lcarolyn falling leaves before the storm - this was a quilt made for a sub-group of the Sunset Slope Quilters Guild of grand juction, co.. it was made as an example for the group. we were and are all learning different types of quilting techniques. it was fabulous to see the direction we all took, the interpretations were unique. and we had a blast making them and then taking them to show-and-tell. the fabrics used were batiks, which looked like a fall storm threatening the first snow of the season. and various fall looking fabrics with small prints.
