GuysQuilt2 Dennis' Quilt - My friend, Dennis, asked me if I would make a quilt for him. I let him choose the pattern from a book I have which was perhaps a mistake as each block has 73 pieces! I had never made anything with so many pieces, but I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised at how it turned out. The pattern in the book is called San Diego Sunset - I think because of the colors used there (Batiks in yellows/oranges/pinks) My friend wanted a hunter green in the borders and I took it from there.
