Star log cabin without the stars

bette247 Star log cabin without the stars - I just finished this quilt for our bed. My hubby was shocked that I actually made something for US! It is for a Queen sized bed and I am in the process of making pillow shams and a valance to match. This was a work of love as I had not made a quilt for us before. Always gave them away. So I am rather pleased with how it came out. It started out being a Star Log Cabin quilt by Eleanor Burns, but as I was piecing away, I forgot that the last row of logs was the row that the star was added. So it is starless.
