Design Source - Description | I began the poppy pattern to teach myself machine applique. Once the poppies were completed, I drafted the "suns" for the center of the quilt. This quilt has won various awards in local and state competitions as well as been juried into the 2006 AQS show in Nashville. It was also chosen for use in the AQS 2008 Quilt Art Engagement Calendar. |
