Lola Jenkins captures the spirit of an "Old Lady" in this quilt.  Her eyes tell the story of all that she's seen.

Star Members can watch Show 1809: Portrait Collages and Binding Tips.  Lola also visited TQS in Show 902: When Serendipity Strikes - Portrait of a Quiltmaker.

I am becoming a huge fan of the Lola Jenkins puzzles. There is so much detail in her work, and doing the quilts as puzzles really makes you look at the detail of her work, and appreciate it more.

Keep it up Quilt Show! As a puzzle lover who owns cats, I have been missing my puzzling days. Now doing them online has given that back to me.

I had the joy of seeing Lola Jenkins at work and was so impressed. The Old Woman puzzle is a great example of how she catches the essence of the person.
