"Cracker Stars and X-Stars" Star Crazy is a star-studded quilt; it has fifty-three stars in it. If beds were bigger, I would have made even more stars for this quilt; I love star blocks! This quilt is not difficult to make; a beginner could tackle it, provided they measure, cut, sew, and press carefully. Precision piecing is a matter of practice… and good sewing habits. This block-of-the-month pattern will guide you through the construction of each of the units that are a part of the quilt. As you make it, I hope that you learn something new and have fun. Each month’s pattern for Star Crazy includes fabric requirements, cutting directions, and assembly instructions for the blocks and borders. Sprinkled throughout the pattern are tips to help you in the construction of this quilt.
