That quilt is amazing! Just goes to show what's old is new again. We're still making quilts with stars and sometimes planets in them.

That quilt is part of the collection of the National Museum of American History which one of the museums of the Smithsonian Institution. The Smithsonian website is very interesting. Also a good source of information on historic quilts.
