Sounds like a great tip...I'll pick up a few sponge brushes tomorrow at
local Walmart and give it a try...I also have lots of mini blinds to clean. Why did I ever decide on blinds ...Hate cleaning them...Some times I'm a slow learner.....LOL Nan

Thanks for the sponge brush tips, Diane. I'm sure going to give them a try.

I checked your profile and love the pictures of your bearded doggies. I have mini schnauzers so I know about those beards. We have more pictures of our dogs than of our family:)

Enjoy your quilting!

Sponge Paint Brushes!!! 21 Sep 2008 11:02 #26367

Some time ago I saw a tip about using a sponge paint applicator brush to clean off the fuzzies and small pieces of thread that accumulate on the cutting board -- well of course that works like a charm BUT -- I thought I would try the same brush out on some of my dusty quilted wall hangings -- yeaaaaaaaah! Works wonderful and great on those dusty lampshades too -- tried it on picture frames, small places to dust -- great -- pics up the dust and doesn't spread it! And easy to clean and start all over again!
:D
