go to the help button on the purple bar and ask there. They don't always watch the forum for a problem.

Hi,
I just purchased the quilting month special...buy one year, get last one free plus the previous shows from this year. I have the gift certificate in my account but how do you redeem it. It takes me to a selection page, I redeem but says the certificate is still unused...??? And it is still there.
Do I select a series (only 1-9 show up) or select shows?
I don't get it!
