Hi Gloquilter and welcome to the forum. I have a Mac but I don't have any trouble saving the instructions. Maybe you do it differently so I will tell you what I do.
1. I click on 'Pattern' on the BOM main page.
2. I then scroll down to the instructions I want to download and click on that.
3. When it has downloaded the instructions I then go to file on the top scroll bar on my computer and click 'save as' - a dropdown box appears and I rename the file in the 'Export As window ( e.g. TQS BOM 2013 - May).
4. I save it to my desktop and then I file it away in a folder specifically for TQS BOM 2013.

gloquilter OFFLINE Posts: 1	I am having a problem with saving the Monthly instruction sheets. I work on a MAC I have downloaded Adobe Reader. However when I try to open the Package I receive the following message "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired". Can anyone help please? Gloquilter
