Looking good Barb. We don't charge extra for cat hairs in this house. Or dog hairs, come to think of it.
Glad to hear that! My cat usually finds the most recent finished quilt to
initiate. Last night, I walked into my sewing room and he was curled up in a nice Sardinian basket that I keep on the floor to throw fabric scraps as I'm working. I guess there were enough scraps for him to get comfortable... either that, or he's trying to communicate with me: "make another quilt!"
This remind me of my latest finished quilt (I did not make the label yet). My cats love that quilt, so I want to amuse you with them. What you see is the backside of the quilt. The other side is colorful but I can't have that side out because they would tear the fabric. There is silk/cotton blends in it and I know it would not take cat claws very nicely.

and I hear you say: what about the front? Can't we see that?
I forgot to take a photo of the finished quilt but I have a detail, so OK! OK! here it is

It's the quilt I started while participating in a Kaffe Fassett class around his S-blocks and low contrast quilt. Next post will show how little contrast there is in this quilt
