Introducing the 2013 TQS Block of the Month designed by Sue Nickels and Pat Holly! It's called "TWO OF US" and was created by the two of them. The quilt measures 79" x 79" and was completed just in time for Houston.

Margo, thanks so much for your reply and for the picture of the smaller version. Your input is invaluable to this project. I am tempted to abandon the larger one and stick with this wall size BUT I have already put in more days of doing this month's lesson--it is boring but something in me keeps driving me to finish--maybe not wanting to abandon a project that I know will be beautiful. But this is tempting....

I am just making part of the elements for the Two Of Us, and will just make the border shorter to fit. It will be laid out something like this version that SueWarby posted but mine will be made with fabrics from the kit available in the TQS Shoppe:
