Has there been any news on extra fabric for people that ought kits?

When I saw John at the Super Seminar in Atlanta last week-end he said that they were cutting the supplemental kits.
They should be sent out soon. Thank you so much for your patience.

If I paper piece with Margo's original method of paper piecing with templates that are cut to size, will there be enough fabric in the Kit?

I'm not sure. :(

It seems like there should be enough fabric if we make templates that are the exact size of the cut triangles, but there was an error in the yardage requirements because they did not allow for the shrinkage that occurs when we pre-wash the fabric as we were instructed to do.
So...even though our pieces are cut the proper size, the fabric has shrunk. That is what the additional fabric is being sent out for.

I don't have my fabric yet, but I read thru the January instructions and looked at the templates, and I have a question: Wouldn't it be easier to just paper piece these triangle strips? Is there some reason I'm missing?
