I too did not get any emails since 9-8-19. When I contacted customer service they said I opted out on that date.
There is no way I would have done that, but I requested to be put back on the email list, and after receiving a confirmation
email that I wanted back on, I have been getting the emails. HelenW

Pemela, contact Customer Service--there is a link at the bottom of this page with phone number and email address. Use the email you have associated with your TQS account.
Hello, will forward this to Customer Service and ask them to make sure you are on our Newsletter list. Also please check your SPAM file and make sure the TQS newsletters are not going there.
