I can view the shows on Firefox and my iPad, but cannot get to the chapters, they are only partially visible on the screen. They are covered by the show screen. Am I missing something?

Apparently you have to click on the picture, not the show title in Chrome. Thank you John Anderson for replying to my e-mail so quickly! :)

I believe the "New Member", "Elite Member" and "Platinum Member" label refers to how many times you have posted to the forum, not how long you've been a member. I've seen that kind of nomenclature on other Web sites.

Just checked current and past show to see if it would work for me. Wow working better than before the new web site! I will check again this afternoon. Haven't tried on my ipad yet. Janet

I had to fiddle around with different browsers to get the shows with sound. I think they finally came up in IE

Is anyone else having trouble watching past shows? This is an example of the message I get: /watch/show-list/video/latest/show-1511-make-it-marvelous-with-museum-quality-appliqu

It doesn't matter which show, I get this message. I've contacted both tech support and customer service. Having some serious withdrawal here! :huh: :sick:
