Why did it have to be changed? everything worked OK before.

Thank you for your observations. We are new to Vimeo and will look again at the settings options. I have already found an option to embed the video in HD if possible. We started HD in January with show 1401. I will work today to upload new versions of all the 1400 shows. I also noticed that the full screen arrows don't make it full screen right away. On my computer it puts it into a screen by itself, but you still need to click on the icons below that show 2 screens to make it full screen. The medium size seems very clear but the full screen doesn't seem to measure up.

The sound shouldn't have changed but I have had comments that the shows are low and the commercials are loud. We will see what we can do about both.

I found the sound was poor I could not turn up the volume by vimeo . I checked my computer sound and it was full up. A bit disappointed as I dont want to strain to hear the show.

Am I the only one who finds the shows' quality has deteriorated now they are on Vimeo if watched full screen? It is not like I have a huge screen only a 17" laptop. I have watched the latest 2 shows and they look like they are bad copies of what they ought to be once they are full screen. I have just finished watching an old show that was also turned into a Vimeo video and that was impossible to watch full screen. I can't find anywhere on the Vimeo videos to change the quality like there used to be on the old player and when clicking on the link to the right of the show underneath the chapter thingy it takes us to a YouTube video from 2010 and is all about the old player .
I know that Vimeo can play high quality videos - I watch class videos on Vimeo every month but that is directly from Vimeo's site with a password and although I have found some random TQS videos on Vimeo, the shows does not seem to be there to watch. I don't have a Vimeo account btw.
If anybody knows how to improve the quality please let me know because I don't want to watch shows with my face against the screen - I need to do my ironing while watching otherwise it won't get done - TQS is my treat for doing the ironing
