I have been watching the videos on my iPad lately and as of a couple of days ago I can't now. I haven't even updated my iPad or changed anything between being able to watch a video and suddenly not. I can pull up the video as usual, then when I hit play it looks like it's going to work, and suddenly redirects me to the TQS home page. No matter which video I choose...old or new...I get redirected every time. I've contacted the tech support here and get the suggestion to "reboot" my iPad. Not really doable.
. I updated my iPad just before Thanksgiving so it's not like I'm behind on iPad software versions. Any help out there? Anyone else having this issue?
