Just FYI - A few days ago, I received a 75 page (8.5" x 11") mutual fund prospectus in the mail. Just as I was about to throw it into my recycle bin, I noticed that the pages are made of a very thin, but sturdy paper--similar to onion skin. There are many blank pages in the front and back, so I ripped one out and tried printing on it using my HP injet printer. Without changing any of my printer setting, I was able to easily print on it. It worked great for my paper-piecing pattern, tearing easily from the fabric. After rubbing a white Kleenex over a page with text to ensure that the print wouldn't rub off onto my fabric, I tested printing on one of the pages with text all over it and it worked great too. So, I now have lots of free paper-piecing paper.
