Sorry, forgot to tell you to go to softexpressions.com for a brief but concise explanation of foil "how-to's". And anything you want to know or learn or find, "JUST GOOGLE IT!!" :D Paula

You can use Bonash powdered glue, or Jones Tones has a product. In addition, you can fuse the foil down with "Misty Fuse", a thin almost diaphanous (sp?) fusing material (google it). Lastly, I've read about people doing decorative stitching with fusible thread, then ironing the foil over the stitching, resulting in some fantastic effects. One important thing to remember, no matter which adhesive you use, is to place the foil over your fabric with the color side UP - which is counter-intuitive, to say the least. Go shine, girl! Hope this helps. Paula 8)

Foil glues 01 May 2009 13:08 #34892

I am dying to try out some foil that I bought. What kinds of glues can I use, and where can I get it? What are the techniques for using 007 Bonding agent also.
