Finished early this morning. Setting is nothing special but i am happy with the piecing. This was fun and a learned many new things.

I have been lurking in the background of the Kaffe quilt and decided to give it a shot. I've pieced the blocks and put the top together.

 This is a EQ8 version of how I might finish my quilt. I'm new to EQ8 so forgive my weird coloring and my sad attempt to do the house and 5th wheel. It will look better when it's really done. It's how I spent my Covid summer. Either at home, or in my camper at a campground, sewing my blocks for this quilt. |

I didn't use Kaffe. This is a true quarantine quilt, as I used only my stash. I've happy with the results and feel like I learned a lot. I especially feel like my precision in piecing has improved, which will transfer to all future quilting projects. I've been garment sewing for over 50 years, but quilting for only about 4--I have so much to learn!
