Basting with Free Fuse... 26 Aug 2020 18:24 #149593

Helen, I have not tried Free Fuse yet. I pin baste large ones on my dining room table and small ones usually get straight pins to hold it until the first stitch in the ditch lines are done.

Shelly was totally amazed with her gift and I was pleased she will enjoy it. Everyone should have at least one quilt to snuggle with.

You do know you are one of my favorite members, right? You provide such great advice and information to so many on the Forum. Thanks for all you do!

Barbara Black, I just read your Wed. post and I saw that you were going to do some basting of quilt tops. I just order Free Fuse along with Ricky's new pattern
after seeing Alex suggest the free fuse on her last video. I am excited to try it. I have tried most things, and I usually end up doing a combo of safety pins and temporary
spray 505. Have you used Free Fuse? HelenW
PS
I thought it was over the top fabulous that you gave the Shelly the production lady that quilt unexpectedly. And you were so cute and cunning to find out which
one she would like. You are a very special and talented person with a wonderful heart. The Quilt Show is lucky to have you on their staff.
