Have a friend who just completed hand quilting a quilt started by a family member many years ago. The quilting motifs had been drawn with what appears to have been a blue chalk pencil of some kind. She has tried washing with detergent as well as using vinegar, but nothing is removing them. Anyone have a solution? Thanks.
