AnnieLu that's BRILLIANT!! From the pillowcase, to buttonholes, to getting them up and out of the way it's absolutely brilliant. I might even have an existing tote or bag I can use until I have a chance to make something more custom. I'm going to hang them on the back wall of my sewing closet above stuff on 2 low shelves and below the top shelf that's over my head. Thank you!

Not sure of the dimensions and such, but could you make a pillow case to fit over it? Then you could attach a handle, or put a button holes on the top cuff. This could then hang from a hook that would be place up and out of the usual spaces that we use, but within reaching distance for your height. I’m sure this is about as clear as the water in the pig pen, but you might be able to figure something out from this,,, let me know

Any ideas for storing sewing machine extension tables? I know I can remove the legs, but I don't want to do that. I want to have the extension readily available to grab when needed, but with the legs on they are awkward to store yet avoid scratches.
