TOPIC: help, a "steam a seam " whoops!

Thanks everyone for your suggestions, you will be pleased to learn that rubbing alcohol did work on all but one circle and for some reason that just wouldn't move. Am thinking maybe that was the first one or the last one I ironed.

You do have to go very gently tho and use a cotton bud.

Once again I do appreciate how quickly you all responded to my cry for help.

Best wishes to you all

Sometimes, the back of the fabric is nice too, and can be used as a muted color (shading / highlighting the main fabric).

This can lead to something interesting...

Oh gosh !! I have done that !! If it was already on fabric and got down in the wrong place....you can try
warming it to soften and see if it will lift. But I have never had much success lifting if it is firmly ironed
into fabric. Apply another applique....unplanned design change    ....over the top....or piece
something in after cutting out the offense !....start over( the worst case  ) ... Good luck !! Let us
know if you discover something that works for you !! :D

Can anybody suggest a way to remove " steam a seam" that has been ironed onto the right side of fabric instead of the wrong side. What a wally !! :(

Googled and the only suggestion is rubbing alcohol. Has anybody used this? if so how successful was it ? I am sure this isn't the first time it has been done!

Thanks for your help
