I figured it out. The directions did not mention the setting blocks and I was trying to arrange without those blocks and it was obviously not working. Thanks for offering to help. I appreciate it.

I am just now finishing up my Star Crazy Quilt from 2010 and am having trouble with the layout. Anyone out there willing to answer a few questions for me?
