a big part of the Russian design. The diamond tutorial is really good..I've bookmarked that one...surely a scrappy
wonderment !! What fun that would be. Craftsy was great too....I hadn't seen a good photo of the snow-
boarder jackets...If folks saw what the kids wear on the slopes here they might not be so harsh on them !!

Also, there's a "Natural Facets" diamond quilt pattern in the Oct/Nov 2010 Issue of Quilter's Newsletter that I think looks even more like the Olympic patchwork design. I think independent printing of these designs could lead to trouble ! :shock:

You can create your own fabric design on your computer and have it printed by companies like Spoonflower. It is not expensive and would give you exactly what you want

I have dozens and dozens of thrifted men's shirts, so a similar fabric like this one would be much easier to replicate.

No one in my circle of friends and family seems to be as excited as I am about the diamond quilt theme. I jumped up and down when I saw it! It is FAB!

Funny thing, for me, I just bought fabric and pattern for a diamond quilt! Think I mentioned it elsewhere. Also taking Craftsy class with Jan Krentz on diamonds. well worth it!

Beautiful! Love their idea to display their regional art into the fabric. I too wish it was available for purchase. I would prefer yardage of each individual pattern to place in a quilt as I would like. I do love they their quilt, but just imagine what we could all come up with if we had the individual patterns.
