I only just watched this show yesterday. I was inspired to try it straight away. I had fun playing with it, working out measurements. Once I had one done, I didn't want to stop, so now I'm making a bunch more to turn into little Christmas decorations as gifts for my quilting friends.

Hi Nonnie, I agree—it's a really fun and easy method! I showed it to my quilting buddy, and we're using it to make a comfort quilt for Oklahoma. I've ordered the book, but it hasn't come yet.

Anyone making the PINEAPPLE BLOCKS via Karin Hellaby's method? I found it to be so much fun when I made my first block I am going to show my guild sisters how to do the technique at FOUR CORNERS. Takes less then 30 minutes to make a block if I cut the squares as I go. I ordered the book but they have not arrived yet.. what a fun technique.
