Thanks Margo. Forgive me for not getting back to you sooner. This was the weekend of my guild's biennial Quilt Expo, so it was a busy weekend.

Anyway, I think I know what the problem was. I kept restarting the video with the other versions without completely getting out of the "Watch Shows" mode. When I logged off and logged back in and then selected version 3, it worked great. I think maybe something in the system needed to get reset or cleared before it would work correctly. Many moons ago, I used to test and debug updates to online applications and so I know for sure that computers will always give the same results given the same conditions.

Hi Margo,

I know to contact Guru Bob, but just wanted to know if I was the only one that was not helped by the alternate versions. It was with this show that I first experienced this problem, so I wouldn't think that the problem is unique to me.

NancyinSTL OFFLINE Posts: 729 Thank you received: 34	Unfortunately, neither version resolved the problem I experienced with the sound and video being out of sync. I tried both versions 2 and 3. Otherwise, I think that I would have really enjoyed the show.
