When you are posting, just scroll down to the tab that says Upload Attachment, then look for the file you want and hit your Enter key; wait a second until the screen refreshes, then place your cursor, exactly where you want the photo to be in your text, then scroll down again once more and click on Place Inline.

At this point, you can either Preview or Submit. You will see you photo.
