i bought her book, it is great trapunto, very original, cant wait to start doing it (hopefully it will be so beautiful as hers)

Thanx, Lynn, for the links about Geta's story and her beautiful work. I just received her new Trapunto book yesterday and spent last night reading it. I was in awe of how she began her quilt journey, leaving her engineering profession behind! Another lady engineer added to a wonderful growing list of them on TQS.

Lynn, those were great links, thank you. One of her patterns called "Building Fun" (on the right hand side of her blog page in the first link you posted) reminded me a lot of beach houses, just in case Lotti reads this thread... :D
