I think you're right. Now I know how to finish it! Thank you for your help! I can't wait to see how it turns out. They had so many groups of colors and prints. There must be 30+ block in this box.

Hi all,
I was going through some of my mothers old things that she packed away for a "someday project" and found a box full of hand made quilt blocks that were made by my grandmother and great grandmother. So I'm guessing that dates these around 1900?. There are a lot single blocks (as shown at the bottom of this picture) and some are sown together in strips (as shown in the 3 rows on top). I've never seen quilt blocks like this so I thought I'd reach out and see if anyone knows what kind of quite they may have been making so I can finish it in memory of all of them.
