You have to fill out the usual info, email, name address and for the organization I put American Quilters Society. No code that I remember putting in.

Just in case you miss it like I almost did, because my American Quilter's Society newsletter went to my spam email, they said they no longer will send those 10% Joann discount cards out. You need to enroll with Joanns. It is way at the end of the newsletter and there is a place to click to go where you need to enroll. I love that discount. It sure pays for the subscription!
