I don't know what their customer service is like, but you may like to give this one a try:

The only one that I know of that sells silk by the fat qurater is http://www.silkroute.co.uk. beckfordsilk.co.uk and hanssonsilks.co.uk sell a minimum cut of 1 metre and seem to work in metres only. Oakshottfabrics.com sell some beautiful shot silks but their website is being redone at the moment. You can get the phone number off of it though and call them. They have always been very helpful to me in the past. I know that Oashott and The Silk route go to most if not all of the major shows.

I hope that this helps.

Does anyone know of any good online stores in the UK, where you can purchase Silk Dupioni fabric. I am looking for a good range of colours and ability to buy in fat quarters or half meters. :?:
