Oh it sounds like we are all off to a great beginning..... I only lost a couple of lbs, but that was to be expected as I only walked twice this week.... had a grumpy week, so hopefully that week is behind me & I will do better this week....... Have a dinner to go to on Thursday night but the girls I am going with are also changing their livestyles so between the three of us we should keep each other in line
more water this week, and more walking.....also have a new yoga tape I want to start as I enjoyed yoga when I did it before.......... this forum is a big help as it does make me know that I am not alone in this journey............. well gotta go do some dinner before it gets too late..... try to stop that late eating!!!....
