both closed or closing in our area. It is a sure sign of the down turn in the encomony in an area which has not been hit as hard as the rest of the country.
One shop was in business for 6 years but the other 20 plus years.
I am still lucky to have three other great shops close...but it is still sad.
The next thing on the table for our state is internet sales tax...this is also hurt on line shopping. Our State tax revenues were down 18% so far this year.
