Don't know if anyone watched the Scripps National Spelling Bee tonight, but the bio tape of one of the top 11 finalists, a 13-yr-old from Florida, she's very interested in art, photography, and QUILTING. Said something to the effect that no one really does it any more and she thinks it's a lost art. Showed her at her sewing machine...next generation coming along!
(and if you did watch, and saw the young man from VA who came in the top 3, I'd swear he's an Aspie (Asperger's) he reminds me totally of my boys!!)
