I forgot Amy Davison a local gal... she designs patterns and easier techniques.... I love her HIP TO BE SQUARE pattern and have used that setting method to set of my blocks and make my quilts more interesting since I first learned the technique.

I love her European- Slavic flavor of her quilting /applique patterns. Her workmanship and patterns are lovely and inspiring.

I have been reading Meg Cox's book and she list numerous quilting stars who have enhanced quilting in the past but she has not mentioned Quilters to WATCH for in the future. Most of the quilters she has mentioned have been in quilting 25-30 years and are in their 50s and 60s. She has only mentioned a few that are younger....

I want to know who the up and coming future quilting stars are... Maybe that will be her next book... BUT IN THE MEAN TIME.... WHO DO YOU THINK IS THE NEXT QUILTING STAR...

Who designs patterns, design fabrics, makes quilts, develop techniques that you find fascinating.... Who do you think will be a future quilting star of the future??
