Hey Everyone! There are 2 new stories posted and they are great. Both of them brought tears to my eyes. My heart ached for the authors' loss and the bravery they showed being able to write about it.

Check them out!

I've just been reading the new stories, and wanted to say how much I enjoy this feature on TQS. Please, ladies, put more stories up, I know we have lots more good ones out there.

That was a wonderful story and I'm so glad you were able to do that for your friend!

They posted my story today! I've surely enjoyed all the other stories, and now I'm thrilled to be "published"! I hope you enjoy reading mine, as well.

What an amazing banner! I love the hexagons in the sky, and the colors, it's just wonderful.

Cher4 - that is a beautiful quilt! Thanks for sharing your story. And you live in a gorgeous area - one of my favorite places to visit, even though I don't get there very often since I moved away from Seattle.

It took a few days. I actually emailed to ask if I needed to rewrite it, but got a reply that it just took them a little time to get around to it. I'd wait a few more days if I were you, then maybe email to ask about it.

Pat in Rockport, TX, who hopes lots of other folks will post stories, I love them.

Hi Pat, how long did it take for your story to upload? I posted one a few days ago and it's still not there. I don't want to do it again and end up with it in there multiple times if it takes a week or so.
Thanks,

Excellent stories. I'd love to see that WW II quilt in person, and would also love to be able to see the quilt show live and up close. I really enjoy the stories and wish more of us would share.

Sorry, Patti, now that it's finally done, and turned out so lovely, it's not leaving my sight again, LOL.
