Hope your surgery goes well and you are out of pain. Wouldn't it be wonderful to be pain free and mobile! You know you are getting up in age when you start being wishful of a child's mobility. I won't even mention the energy part.

I'm negligent for not checking in here now and then.........when I'm at my machine or with needle in hand, I'm 'not of this world!' I know you understand.

It's been a quiet thread lately and I guess that's good......either too busy to post, or nothing serious going on for most of us.

I've had an eventful spring with friends, illness, surgeries, loss of spouses. I guess when one is in one's 70th year, friends are mostly of the same age bracket and most of our original warranties are wearing out! I'm finally having some cement shot into my compression vertebrae fracture tomorrow. Falling down stairs at daughters during Christmas was a dumb thing, especially since I wasn't holding the railing........that is what makes it dumb! But this should be an easy fix from all reports.

Having fun just sewing, mostly in scrappy ways.............which is certainly more cost effective than new fabric! ha
