I enjoyed the whole magazine too ... except I held off reading the article about things to do in the summer (or something like that). Here it's barely spring, and it'll be something to look forward to reading later.

I just received my QH in the mail yesterday and I've already finished reading it all Cover to cover! Its one of the few mags I actually *read* cover to cover.

Anywaaaayyyy... they have an article: "The 26 Most Influential People in Quilting"

Both Alex & Ricky were listed (no surprise there!)!! Since I'm a pretty new quilter, I hadn't heard of many of the others. Once I read the blurb for each, I knew and understood their connection to quilting.

Thought that article was very cool!

Oh, and with the other threads about inspiration,quilt mags carrying not-so-inspirational quilts, and Ann's experience with her friends about "its not a quilt", I had a good laugh when I saw the quilt that made QH cover
