If you go to the projects page you can scroll back through the projects to when they started in January. You can also look on Show & Tell to see what othrs have done.
Possibly you could search the Daily Blog to find them all, but it will just refer you to the Project page anyway.

I've been wanting to take advantage of these also, my plate just always seems so full.
