I really like when the shows have little nuggets of basic how-to for us beginners and then to have a whole show - great! This show along with the Sally Collins video so kindly made available for awhile and adding the Laura Nownes new Classroom series all coming together at once is really inspiring and spurring on to get to grips with why points and seams don't line up. Alex's basic piecing 101 is excellent too and one I have been coming back to regularly. Thank you for providing even more beginner resources.

I too thoroughly enjoyed watching this particular show; the simple way of learning how to accurately cut,sew and assemble the nine patch made more sense to me. This is one I'll be viewing over and over. Thanks so much.

Thanks so much for sharing so many "basics" -- Loved, loved, loved the careful explanation of the streamlined way to create 9-patches! I have made notes and will definitely be doing this!!! Love any tips for how to do things faster, but still very accurately.
