I'm using a Mac with OS 10 (Snow Leopard) and my browser is Safari, I've had no problems.
On another note, don't forget to check out the comments associated with the different videos. I've found good information there as well.

I'm using Google Chrome on a wireless laptop with Windows 7 and the video works fine!

I hear her voice fine on both my Dell desktop and my Dell laptop. The desktop runs Windows XP and the notebook runs Vista.

For those of you having trouble with the audio, what browser are you using, what OS (Mac or Windows) and how fast is your internet connection? It may help us figure out the problem if we find there are consistent answers to these questions.

The intro music is clear but her voice sounds as though she isn't wearing a microphone. I can hear her, but she sounds like someone on the other end of a phone conversation heard from across a room. That's the best way I can describe it.

I have had 2 emails saying that when they run Jeanie's classroom videos, the intro music plays but her voice is totally silent. Is anyone else having this problem? The surprise is that they both have no problem with sound on the shows.

Perfect Mary Kay!

I was trying to figure out how you knew what the sizes were - then I realized you've previewed all of the videos! Good to see you forging ahead! :)

I tried out the Pixalmator and was able to print a photo 3 1/4" square by pretty much doing the same thing you'd do in Photoshop. I even measured it to make sure ;) I used Image; Image Size; Custom; 3.25 by 3.25. I'd already cropped the shape into a square. Now I just have to find some photos to use that have better resolution.

Oh, I almost forgot... Karen, Photoshop Elements 4 is four to five years old! They are now up to Photoshop Elements 8 (and if past behavior is any indication, Adobe will probably announce version 9 in September.) Personally, I would at least get Photoshop Elements 7 which you can still find on Amazon and probably other online stores as well - and it's cheaper because it's not the latest version.

OK, I just realized that everything I just said is really only true for PC's. Photoshop Elements on a Mac has historically had fewer versions. For example, there is a Mac version of Photoshop Elements 8, but the previous Mac version was Photoshop Elements 6 (i.e., there was no version 7 for a Mac). Unfortunately, I have no idea if Adobe will make version 9 for the Mac or not.

Hope this helps.
