I posted my June needleturn BOM block. I took the photo next to a vase I keep on my coffee table. I wanted the block vase to look like this vase.

If we are voting I also vote for the dropped petal. Wish I had thought of it first. Sandy

Lynn, your block is great! Love the color of your tulips, and that blue vase is awesome! I vote for the dropped petal!

June done! I also posted an 'optional' version of it! ha

I had an extra tulip petal so pinned in on........I mean, don't leaves fall to the table when the flowers are aging a bit? :D :D

Editied: OK. The dropped petal stays! It is kind of fun to add it!

Bridget, your block is great! I can imagine your "arrangement" gracing the front entrance of an elegant home, welcoming visitors with a cheerful smile!

Maggie in E. Central Illinois, who doesn't have an elegant home, but always welcomes everyone with a smile! :D

Ritzy, your block is SEW fun! Your vase made me think of the Kool-Aid pitcher in those old commercials!

Love your Mom's day present. I don't know what that linen was originally used for, though.

Maggie in E. Central Illinois, hoping that it will be okay to ride my scooter to work today. More rain and wind, we do not need!
